Rockford AI Solutions (“Rockford AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Neotask application and platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Neotask on iOS, Android, or the web.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
a. Account Information
When you create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email address as provided by the authentication provider. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password, Google password, or any other authentication credentials from these providers.
b. Deployment Configuration
When you configure and deploy an AI assistant through Neotask, we collect the selections you make, including your chosen AI model, messaging channel, and deployment preferences. If you select Telegram as your messaging channel, you provide a Telegram bot token issued by Telegram’s @BotFather. This token is used solely to connect your bot to our service.
c. Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage data to improve the Service, including session identifiers, feature interactions (such as model selection and channel selection events), deployment events, timestamps, and general device information (platform, OS version). We do not collect precise geolocation data.
d. Chat and Message Data
Messages sent to and from your deployed AI assistant are processed through the third-party AI model provider you selected (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). We may temporarily store message data to facilitate delivery and maintain conversation context. We do not use your message content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Provision, deploy, and manage your AI assistant instances
- Connect your assistant to your selected messaging channel
- Monitor service health, performance, and reliability
- Diagnose technical issues and provide customer support
- Improve and develop new features for the Service
- Communicate important service updates or security notices
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Services
Neotask integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies:
- Apple Sign-In — Authentication provided by Apple Inc. We receive only the information you authorize Apple to share (name, email). See Apple’s Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy.
- Google Sign-In — Authentication provided by Google LLC. We receive only the information you authorize Google to share. See Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- AI Model Providers — Your assistant messages are processed by the AI model provider you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). Each provider has its own data handling and privacy practices.
- Telegram — If you connect a Telegram bot, messages are transmitted through Telegram’s infrastructure. See Telegram’s Privacy Policy at telegram.org/privacy.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data and deployment configurations are stored on secured servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), token-based authentication (JWT), and access controls to protect your data.
Telegram bot tokens are stored securely and are used only for the purpose of connecting your bot to the Service. You may revoke your bot token at any time through Telegram’s @BotFather.
While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers — With trusted providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements — When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Safety — To protect the rights, safety, or property of Rockford AI, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Anonymous usage data may be retained in aggregate form indefinitely for analytics purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at team@neotask.ai. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at team@neotask.ai and we will promptly delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
