Neotask is a mobile app that deploys a personal AI assistant on a dedicated server for you in under 30 seconds. Your assistant can communicate across messaging platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and Microsoft Teams - or through the built-in Neotask chat.
Your assistant runs on its own server with a full file system. It can write and execute code, deploy websites and scripts, manage files, summarize documents, handle scheduling, run calculations, draft proposals, interact with your team on Slack or Teams, and much more. If you can describe the task, your assistant can do it.
Yes. Every new user gets a free message trial with full access - including private channels like Telegram and WhatsApp. No credit card required to start.
Neotask currently supports GPT-5.2 (OpenAI), Claude Opus 4.5 (Anthropic), and Gemini 3 Flash (Google). You can switch models at any time from your workspace settings.
No. Neotask handles all the server provisioning, configuration, and deployment automatically. You just pick a model, pick a channel, and hit deploy.
Yes. After your initial deployment, you can connect additional channels from the Channels tab in your workspace. Your assistant shares the same memory and file system across all connected channels.
Yes. Every workspace runs in its own isolated server environment. We don't train on your data and we don't sell it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your login session lasts 90 days. You won't need to sign in again unless you explicitly log out or your session expires after three months.
Open the Neotask app, go to Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, server, files, and all associated data. You can also request deletion by emailing team@neotask.ai.
If you get signed out, the app will show a returning user login screen where you can sign back in with Apple or Google. Your workspace and all data will be exactly as you left it.
Neotask is available on iOS (App Store) and the web. Android support is coming soon.
