Create and manage video meetings and conference links

What You Can Do

Google Meet is Google's video conferencing platform. While most Meet management happens through Calendar events, OpenClaw handles the full meeting lifecycle.

  • Create Meet links — Generate a new Google Meet conference code instantly
  • Create calendar events with Meet — Schedule meetings with automatic video conference attachment
  • Get meeting details — Retrieve the Meet link, conference ID, and dial-in numbers for an event
  • Update meeting links — Add or replace Meet conference data on existing Calendar events
  • List upcoming meetings — Query your Calendar for events that have Meet links
  • Remove Meet links — Strip video conference data from an event
  • Meeting artifacts — Access recording and transcript links post-meeting (if recording was enabled)
  • Try Asking

  • "Create a Google Meet link for a quick call right now"
  • "Schedule a 30-minute video call with team@company.com for Thursday at 2pm and generate a Meet link"
  • "What's the Google Meet link for tomorrow's all-hands meeting?"
  • "Add a Google Meet link to my Friday product review event"
  • "List all my upcoming video meetings this week"
  • "Remove the Meet link from the internal check-in event — it's in-person now"
  • Pro Tips

  • Every Google Calendar event can have at most one Meet conference attached
  • Meet links persist until the event is deleted — share them in advance
  • Dial-in phone numbers are auto-generated for every Meet link (included in event data)
  • Recording is only available for Google Workspace Business Standard and above
  • Combine with Contacts: create a meeting and invite multiple contacts by name lookup
  • Combine with Chat: after creating a meeting, post the link to the relevant team Chat space
