Google Workspace

Manage events, schedules, and reminders across all your calendars

What You Can Do

Google Calendar integration lets you manage your entire schedule through conversation — no UI required.

  • List calendars — See all your calendars including shared, subscribed, and room calendars
  • Query events — Retrieve events within a date range, search by title or description, or get today's schedule
  • Create events — New events with title, description, start/end times, location, attendees, video conferencing, and recurrence rules
  • Update events — Change title, time, location, description, or attendees on any existing event
  • Delete events — Remove single events or cancel recurring instances
  • RSVP — Accept, decline, or tentatively accept invitations
  • Free/busy lookup — Check availability for yourself or a list of attendees before scheduling
  • Recurring events — Create weekly standups, monthly reviews, or any RRULE-based schedule
  • Reminders — Add email or popup reminders to events
  • Color coding — Assign event colors for visual categorization
  • Try Asking

  • "What's on my calendar tomorrow?"
  • "Schedule a 1-hour team sync every Monday at 10am and invite alice@company.com and bob@company.com"
  • "Find all events in the next two weeks that include 'client' in the title"
  • "Move Thursday's 3pm meeting to Friday at 2pm"
  • "Is anyone on the team free at 4pm on Wednesday?"
  • "Cancel the recurring standup for next week only"
  • "Create a focus block on my calendar every day from 9am to 11am"
  • "Add a reminder to the product review meeting 30 minutes before"
  • Pro Tips

  • Specify timezone in creation requests when scheduling across regions
  • Recurring events use RRULE syntax — say "every weekday" or "first Monday of each month" and the agent handles the rule
  • Free/busy queries check multiple attendees at once — great for finding meeting windows
  • Video conferencing links can be added automatically for Google Meet
  • Color names: tomato, flamingo, tangerine, banana, sage, basil, peacock, blueberry, lavender, grape, graphite
  • Combine with Gmail: parse meeting invitation emails and auto-RSVP or create the event
